Abundant Coffee

Abundant housing needs abundant perspectives!

Join us for Sunday morning brunch/coffee and share your unique perspective on housing with people from all walks of life, including our featured guest speaker Kishone Roy!

Long before AHV was on the map, there were strong leaders like Kishone sounding the warning bells on housing in BC and beyond. Kishone is the author of Make Housing Central: British Columbia and the Affordable Housing Crisis, and has been a housing advocate for over a decade. Kishone was the CEO of the BC Non-Profit Housing Association and Chair of BC's Rental Housing Coalition, an organization that has helped raise billions of dollars from every level of government for social, nonprofit, and co-op housing.

Part of AHV’s mission is to be inclusive to all perspectives, so plan the future of housing with us! Opportunities exist to plan future events for housing with a focus on women, people of color, LGBTQ+ folx and more - there are no limits with your involvement in AHV.

Join us at Aperture Coffee on Main on Sunday, August 25th between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
